I offer in-person personal training at a location of your choice anywhere in Phnom Penh. Whether you prefer training at a gym, home, or an outdoor space, we can find the best setup that works for you.
How often should I train with you?
Most clients train 3-5 times per week for optimal results, depending on their goals, experience level, and availability. I’ll help you create a structured plan that balances training intensity, recovery, and progress to ensure you get the best results without overtraining.
If you're a beginner, starting with 3 sessions per week is a great way to build consistency. More experienced lifters or those with advanced goals may benefit from 4-5 sessions per week to maximize strength and muscle growth.

Will I get a meal plan?
